Historic Albany Ten Broeck Triangle brownstone saved

Decades of neglect nearly doomed to the wrecking ball an abandoned yet still elegant 1860 brownstone across from the Ten Broeck Mansion, but city officials and preservationists have joined forces to save the building. The last-ditch effort to salvage and stabilize 10 Hall Place - located in the historic Ten Broeck Triangle section of Arbor Hill three blocks from the Palace Theatre - was widely praised.
