Brisbain Pucan: Hopes to improve low performing schools

Vallejo City Unified School District Board of Education candidate Brisbain Pucan, 47, is hoping to improve low performing Vallejo schools by improving three areas of concern. "We have to improve the mediocrity of our schools where students graduate without gaining the knowledge and skill for college," Pucan wrote in an email about VCUSD schools.
