Say it ain't sooooo! I thought Charlie was back on the right track but after hearing this story I'm not so sure... Charlie is under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon after he went to his dentist to check an absess on his tooth. Yep. Apparently, when the tech went in to give him nitrous oxide, he struck her with his flailing arm which made his bodyguard run in to see what was going on.
