Margarita Palestino has filed a lawsuit against the 'Anger Management' star, claiming he grabbed her left breast and tried to take off her bra when he jumped out of a dental chair and pulled his nitrous oxide mask off while seeking treatment for an abscess last week. In court documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, the plaintiff alleges that Charlie initially yelled, ''I'm going to f**king kill you!'' at her, but then tried to pull down her scrubs, grabbed her bra and tried to pull it down, as she attempted to put the mask back on.
