A judge has upheld an Alabama law restricting teeth-whitening services outside of dental practices. Circuit Judge Elisabeth A. French ruled Friday in favor of the Alabama Board of Dental Examiners and against a North Carolina man and an Alabama woman who sell teeth-whitening products.
