Peanut butter dental damage claim not smooth

Jane Hittner said Kraft's initial response to her complaint about breaking a tooth while eating peanut butter was to send her coupons for free salad dressing and cheese. She didn't think it was fair that she'd have to eat the cost of the $301 dental bill she incurred, since Kraft later acknowledged there was something in the Planters Crunchy Peanut Butter that shouldn't have been there.
