Two-day clinic offers free dental care at Prairie View H.S.

More than 1,000 volunteer dentists, hygienists, health professionals and members from the community will be in Henderson to provide free dental treatment and education through the Colorado Mission of Mercy on Oct. 3 and 4. COMOM is a two-day portable dental clinic that operates 125 dental chairs simultaneously at Prairie View High School, 12909 E. 120th Ave. This year's clinic plans to help more than 1,500 low-income, dentally uninsured adults and children in the north metro and surrounding areas. Dental professionals from across Colorado have united for this cause and will be donating their services, which will include cleanings, fillings, extractions and limited oral surgery.
