WNY licensed health professionals penalized for misconduct

The disciplinary actions were among 77 cases considered by the Board of Regents within the state Education Department, which oversees 50 licensed professions in New York. Those actions resulted in the surrender of 23 licenses and one certificate, as well as 53 other disciplinary actions, including one reconsideration.
