Charlie Sheen has been sued by a dental tech who claims the actor cursed at her, tried to pull off her bra and punched her in the chest during a dentist appointment. Dental technician Margarita Palestino sued Sheen in Superior Court on Friday in a complaint for assault, battery, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
