The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has immediately suspended the license to practice as a registered dental hygienist of Allison Jo Davis, R.D.H., based, in part, on her conviction in the 14A1 Judicial District Court, Washtenaw County, Michigan. On June 26, 2014, Davis was convicted of Controlled Substance - Use, a misdemeanor involving the illegal possession or use of a controlled substance.
