Heslam: Generosity in wake of heartlessness

The $125 worth of crumpled bills and coins that was taken from a donation canister on the counter of Mark's Beverage liquor store could have gone a long way in helping little Haylie Jansen and her mom. When 4-year-old Haylie was diagnosed with cancer in January, her mother, Jessica Jansen, quit her dental hygienist job to be by her daughter's side.
