Siloam police seeking man suspected of illegal dentistry

Siloam Springs police are looking for a man who practiced dentistry without a license, targeting Hispanic families in Siloam Springs in September, according to a news release. Jesus Enrique Lopez-Portillo claimed to be a "missionary dentist," and agreed to perform dental services at customers' homes at a discounted rate, according to the news release.
