While dentists and politicians procrastinate, the elderly in care homes are left to suffer

I THANK dentist Peter Moss for his letter in which he tries to explain why dental care for the elderly in care homes in Bolton, is non-existent. If my understanding of his letter is correct, Peter blames "target-orientated, poorly focused contracts loaded with incentives imposed by politicians on the dental profession, without much consultation," for the situation we find ourselves in today.
