The Affordable Care Act gives many people who didn't have access to health care the chance to get insured, but that doesn't mean getting coverage is necessarily any easier for newer immigrants and people with language barriers. That's a problem International Community Health Services aims to remedy with a new $18 million health clinic, the first nonprofit health center in Shoreline, geared toward Asian and Pacific Islander communities and other underserved populations in need.
