East Liverpool Police Chief John Lane was surprised Thursday by a visit from staff members of the Humility of Mary Oral Health Van Susie Telego, driver; Noele Feaginis, dental hygienist; and Dr. Jenelle Fleagle, who brought free bags containing dental care products to distribute to the public.
