After eight years on the street or in jail, David Hawk is back on his own

After years between couch-surfing, living on the street and in jail, David Hawk said he finally just got tired. After a stint in jail for theft, Hawk was able to secure a bed at the Fouse Center in Glen Burnie, the Arundel House of Hope's transitional housing program.
