Tzu Chi Free Clinic Mobile will offer free medical, dental and vision services April 18-19 in Fresno at Gaston Middle School, 1100 E. Church Ave. The free clinic will be from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. April 18 and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. April 19. In addition to medical, dental and vision services, the clinic also will offer HIV testing, immunizations, acupuncture, information about health resources and help in insurance enrollment. People needing help to enroll in Covered California plans will need a valid identification, most recent tax return, two recent pay stubs and proof of citizenship or U.S. residency.
