Woman died days after complaining of toothache, family wants answers

But two days after visiting an emergency dental clinic, 33-year-old Pamela Minocha was feeling so ill she called an ambulance and was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital. Almost a year and a half since his healthy sister died so unexpectedly, Arvin Minocha is still waiting for answers.
