Quality Checks: Darlington Memorial Hospital

FAULTS in the quality of care provided by two North-East hospital trusts and a dental practice have been investigated by a health watchdog. The three instances of poor care were among 161 examined by the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman carried out between April and June this year.
